Cancellation Policy

To ensure that Wellmind Psychology provides the highest quality of care to our clients, please see below for our cancellation policy:

less than 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation prior to a scheduled appointment, the cancellation fee charged is 100% of the full appointment fee
between 24-48 hours’ notice of a cancellation prior to a scheduled appointment, then the cancellation fee charged is 50% of the full appointment fee
Note with single expert witness appointments, appointments are allocated and do not require confirmation regarding your attendance. If you cannot make that time you must contact admin via email to advise and discuss. The cancellation fee for single expert assessment is $500 and is not covered by legal aid WA.

Please note that cancellation fees WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED and no further sessions will be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.
